Tal holds 20 years plus experience in representing individuals, start-up companies, mature selling companies, hospitals and academic institutions in all transactions that are technology based. She serves and functions as the legal oversight for some of Israel's most prominent medical and academic institutions. Tal possesses unique "hands on" experience in all issues relating to the life science arena, including regulatory, governmental, IIA and commercial matters. In her practice, Tal is engaged in counseling from the initial phase of a transaction, including structuring and negotiating, through the execution, completion and enforcements phase. Tal specializes in, and has a close working relationship with, the Israeli health system, including its governmental bodies. Tal enjoys long distance running.
